How To Install
--> Download Packet Storm from the above link
--> Make sure you have your AntiVirus turned off (it detects it as a Trojan.Flooder [no crap])
--> Open the archive named "PacketStorm.zip"
--> Open "MSCOMCT2.rar"
--> Extract file "MSCOMCT2.OCX" to System32
--> Run "Packet Storm 1.3.exe"
--> To learn how to use the program read "Packet Storm 1.3.txt"
