Advertising your Website is allowed only on our terms and by our
approval. You will be warned for unauthorized adverts. If you are
interested in advertising your site on our board, contact an
Administrator.
General Posting Guidelines:
DO NOT POST Serials!! This is a Zero Tolerance policy. You will be warned, 2nd offence you will be banned from Project-OS.

All "Download Discussion Forums" (*Note Exception w/FTP Areas) Posted
links in these forums must be direct downloads. i.e. the link you post
must start a download either through IE or a download manager such as
Flashget, IDA, ...

Description:
...Please add a description/info to your posts in the download sections
(if you see a post without any description, you can try ad some if you
know something about it, or know a place to find it.
Do a search before posting:
use the search function to see if the application/game/resource has
already been posted. Duplicated posts will be closed or merged.
No bumping... (All bumped threads will be deleted).
Not allowed posts/downloads/links (posters will be warned):
Anti-Leech links are not allowed.
FTP Posting:
FTP Links are just allowed in the private or public FTP areas. No other
location on the board unless they are direct so can be posted in
download sections.
Do not post any stolen pub's in public ftp's (that means that you can
not post link's to ftp's where it's written TAGGED BY "SOME GROUP OR
NAME" in the URL.)
We will then delete your topics and nothing else will happen to you. If
you do it once more, we will give you a warning. Don't be afraid of
posting links in public ftp section. If you are not sure of a link is
tagged, make contact with a mod or admin through pm or msn messenger
etc.

Do not post private ftp's that you are not hosting without the owner's rights.
Multiple Stuffs Threads:
Do not to post multiple stuffs within one post eg: make one post for
one app, movie, album, or whatever and not for a long list of them.
General Requests Guideline:
Requests must only be posted in the DESIGNATED REQUEST SECTIONS!
Make your own request. Do not piggyback requests.
Requests are deemed by post count. i.e. you must have a certain amount of Posts in order to function in the Request Areas.
Only one request at the time.
Signature and Avatar Guidelines:
Allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
Be considerate. Resize your images to size specified: Avatar 100*100 /
Siggy 300*100 (only one siggy). Browsers will rescale them anyway:
smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images
will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles. For now this is just a
guideline but it will be automatically enforced in the near future.
If you want to use user bars you can use up to maximum 4 bars, with max 400x20 size each.
Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious
material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images.
Admins have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
Active links to external resources are not allowed. Please use any website from here to your images.
